I believe there are alot of good policemen, and our streets are ok , they could be alot better though. I don’t believe Pueblo should be know as a violent place.
One thing would be is getting rid of the BAD street cops and put them behind a desk or something. I don’t want them to be jobless , but harressing people is not good either.
One example is a Cop patroling the EAST SIDE , AKA MR.Clean picking up a young man and dropping him of in DOG PATCH so he can walk all the way home, as well as making his pregnant girlfriend walk home in the dark alone, to me he was trying to get them hurt. I realize there is alot of Gang Activity in Pueblo and basically that is the governments fault as well as society for not letting people actually discipline thier kids, and the parents for letting them tell us how to raise our kids, what a shame. This is the reason we have a big problem so Thanks to the law makers you have job security.
If you do not keep the BAD cops off the street and they go out an pick on people and shine SPOT lights on my 4 year old grandsons scaring them to just haressing alot of people because they are family of people that were in trouble.NO ONE WILL RESPECTR THE LAW IF THE LAW DON’T RESPECT THE CITIZENS OF PUEBLO!! This needs to stop or we will never have a good safe place to live. Please if you don’t teach the law enforcers to enforce the law and not the violence, then what are we going to do??
